Yes, you read that right; even hobbies border on whether or not they are beneficial. To most people exercising is normally bumped to almost the last of one's preferred hobbies. You will often hear talk of most people not having enough time to exercise. If you can possibly not make it habit, why not get a partner to psyche you up?
