| Just don't have the time or motivation to work outI keep reading this on various health blog that staying fit and healthy is important, that everyone should exercise daily or work out. I get it, and I am not really against it. The only gripe I have with it is that it isn't really applicable to my line of work, or rather I don't have the motivation to exercise.I am not fat, rather a bit on a slim side. I usually take my daily supplements and sleep usually around 5-6 hours. Work is demanding and so even though I would want to work out and bulk up, I just can't. |

You know what Lindsey, if you really want to work out or to have some good exercise then surely there will be chances for you to do that. You just have to allocate time for your exercise. Take a walk, even for half hour. Walking is one good way to exercise. You can also try to just have some time allocated to exercising, even in the comfort at your home. |
