It is known for a fact that daily exercise helps maintain a healthy mind and body. Well, personally I have to admit that I am not into exercising and this is probably why my constitution is a bit weak and my movements lazy. I've tried doing it but can't seem to pull it on a regular basis. Can you share me some exercising and motivating tips for me to exercise daily and not to overwork exercising (I heard you can hurt yourself if you overworked exercise)?
