It has been said over and over again that exercise is essential for the body to work a-ok. If cars needed to be fine tuned and to be regularly be used to avoid oild clogging and build up, what more is a complex human body?

Many people become obese because of two particular shortcomings, diet and exercise (working out). Those unwanted fats wouldn't be there in the first place if one start's stretching those muscles and avoid that unwanted build up.
