The motivation to work out and exercise daily

I know the dangers of having a sedentary lifestyle, the lack of proper fitness, diet, exercise or working out. I am fully aware of all of them but when it comes to the actual application, I can't seem to put my act together.

I am a hardworking office workaholic, that may sound redundant but that is my case. I wake up early in the morning and ends it very late where I am so tired to even think about what to do for tomorrow. Can somebody help me?

It is very important now a days to do some exercise. Having a brisk walk for 1-2 hours can also work. Start from 1/2 hours, than increase time grdually. Do not think that you have done lot of work last night or you did not sleep last night due to any reason.Being self pitty is not a good thing. Come out of bad early morning start your walk or exercise if not possible than try on evening.

Rafael, Asif is giving you a good idea to start your exercise program. If you can't walk before or after work, every job I've ever had allows at least a half hour for lunch. If the weather's decent, instead of reading after you eat, go outside and walk for the remainder of your lunch time. The benefits of the fresh air will actually make you more alert and even more productive (since you're a die hard workaholic). Who knows, you might enjoy it and start taking longer walks when you aren't at work and that's what we call exercising. If you aren't careful, you'll end up doing push-ups or sit-ups too. Have fun. jw

Just having a walk every morning for half an hour minimum is one good exercise. If you have no time to work out or to have exercise, try to walk your way home or to the office. This way, you can have your body exercised and save money as well with paying for your transport fee.

There are lots of ways to have exercise, we just have to allocate time for it.
