I'll bet few of his adoring fans know that Nelly, in addition to being a singer/songwriter, entrepreneur, actor and designer, is also a philanthropist.

Did yo know he has started two charities: Jes Us 4 Jackie, started in support for his sister Jackie Donohue’s battle with Leukemia, to educate and encourage minorities to become bone-marrow donors. The second charity is 4 Sho 4 Kids and focuses on improving the life quality for children born with developmental disorders, and provides educational classes and health care services.

I learned that today while searching for my new thing to learn of the day. Hopefully you learned something you didn't know as well.
